The Lake Lure area provides many recreational opportunities, including world class golf, fishing and hunting, hiking and biking, rafting and canoeing, boat tours on the lake, horseback riding, area restaurants and parks.

Lake Lure is a wonderful place for motorcycles, but our resort rules do not allow motorcycles to be driven inside the residential neighborhood. We welcome guests who would like to bring their motorcycles, but they must be on a trailer once you have entered Shumont Estates.
