Two night minimum reservation. May 31 through August 31st - Weekly stays, Saturday to Saturday only.
NC state sales tax (6.75%) and county occupancy tax (5%) apply.
One-time $125 cleaning fee for all rentals.
50% deposit required to reserve stay. Remaining rental fee and $500 refundable Security/Damage Deposit to be received 30 days before your stay. If reservation is made less than 30 days before your stay, entire amount is due to reserve.
Must be 25 years old to rent.
